In a ruling on Thursday, Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court in Abuja revoked the warrant of arrest issued for Edison Ehie, Chief of Staff to Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, and five other allies of the governor. The judge stated that the court did not have the power to issue the order.
