Egypt's president, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, is set to be sworn in for a third consecutive term on Tuesday at the new capital under construction outside Cairo, as confirmed by the state-owned newspaper Al-Ahram on Monday. In power for over a decade, Sisi will take the oath of office at the new parliament premises in the administrative capital.
