The Kogi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, based in Abuja, decided to postpone judgment in the case filed by the Social Democratic Party and its governorship candidate, Murtala Ajaka, against Usman Ododo's election victory. At the latest proceedings, Ajaka’s lawyer, Pius Akubo, urged the tribunal to reject the respondents' submissions and support theirs.
