Winnipeg firefighters encountered heavy smoke when they arrived at the Fast Freight blaze around 6:15 a.m. Friday. Crews were able to save most of the building.

The spokesperson from Rocky View County’s Fire Services stated that the fully-involved barn fire occurred near Grandview Way, in the vicinity of Range Road 32.
