WILKES-BARRE — The Wilkes-Barre Cavalcade of Jazz took place from May 3 to 5, starting with an opening event and main performance at the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts. Shows over the weekend were spread across various downtown locations, including Bank & Vine, Cafe Toscana, The Vault, Senunas’, Abide Coffeehouse, The Stegmaier Mansion, and more.
