The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders game on Friday night has been postponed because of bad weather, the team said today.
The RailRiders were supposed to play against the Rochester Red Wings in the fourth game of a six-game home series at PNC Field.
Friday’s game will now take place on Saturday as part of a doubleheader. The first game will start at 2:05 p.m., with PNC Field gates opening at 1:30 p.m.
The RailRiders and Red Wings will play two seven-inning games, with the second game starting about 40 minutes after the first one ends.
The first 1,000 fans entering on Saturday will get a RailRiders pickleball paddle.
Tickets for Friday’s postponed game can be traded for any RailRiders home game except the ones on May 22 and July 4.
