Adebayo Salami, who is a well-known Nollywood actor also known as Oga Bello, has been receiving many well wishes from his family, friends, and fans as he turned 72 on Thursday.
He put a picture of himself on his Instagram page on Thursday and said thanks to God.
He said, “While I'm celebrating my birthday today, I pray that God continues to give me good health, more peace, and more wisdom.
“Happy birthday to me. #HappyBirthdayOgaBello”
His son, Femi Adebayo, who is also a Nollywood actor, took to Instagram to thank Oga Bello for his understanding and love, calling him “one of the major gifts” God has given him.
Adebayo said, “Happy birthday to my amazing, understanding, loving, caring father. One of the major gifts God has given me is YOU. Daddy, I cherish you a lot. My father, my friend!”
He also thanked his father for his “never-ending” guidance as he showered him with good wishes.
He added, “I wish the whole world knew how awesome you are as a father. Daddy, thank you for bringing me into this world, thank you for showing me the way, thank you for your never-ending guidance. I love you. Enjoy your day, paddy mi.”
A number of other Nollywood personalities, such as actors Kunle Afod, Iyabo Ojo, Bolanle Ninalowo, and Dayo Amusa, also celebrated Oga Bello’s birthday.
