Dallas News reports: “Dallas builder Larkspur Capital and private equity investment firm Keystone Group, LP have been approved by Fort Worth’s Zoning Commission to revamp five parcels to the north of the city’s Cultural District which are mainly made up of industrial warehouses.
“The request for new zoning is just the start of a more comprehensive phased redevelopment for 35 acres to the west of downtown Fort Worth near the intersection of University Drive and White Settlement Road.
“Zoning documents reveal that the initial plan involves an approximately $850 million multi-phased development.”
