Borussia Dortmund secured a spot in this season’s Champions League final after defeating French powerhouse, Paris Saint Germain 1-0 in the second leg of their semi-final match at the Parc des Princes, France.
Defender Mats Hummels scored with a header from a corner kick by Julian Brandt in the 50th minute to give the visitors the victory.
