The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje, has asked Nigerians to help President Bola Tinubu. He also mentioned that his government is doing everything it can to reduce their suffering and improve the country by taking serious actions to change the situation.
Ganduje also encouraged Muslims to incorporate the teachings and selfless acts of Ramadan into their daily lives.
This information was shared in an Eid-el-Fitr message released in Abuja by his Chief Press Secretary, Edwin Olofu.
While acknowledging that changes often come with difficulties, the former governor of Kano State urged Nigerians to give the President a chance to lead the country to a better place.
He said, “I’m asking all Nigerians, regardless of their party affiliations, to support our dear President. Those who think carefully can confirm that President Tinubu has taken significant steps to improve our economy, which have already started to make a difference. Now, all we need to do is support the national government in order to change the country.“
Continuing, Ganduje asked that the 30 days of spiritual purification and its lessons should not be overlooked, as they work together to rebuild the nation.
He also requested continued prayers for the President from the Muslim community.
“Ramadan is truly a month of patience, during which we fast for the sake of Allah by enduring hunger and thirst, and showing love to everyone, especially the less privileged in the society,” he stated.
