The last episode of Season 28 of 'The Bachelor' got the biggest audience for the show in over 2 years.
The ending, where Joey Graziadei had to choose between Daisy Kent and Kelsey Anderson, was watched by 6.31 million people on ABC, Hulu, and other digital platforms within three days. This information is from Nielsen live-plus-three-day data and internal streaming data.
The finale was the most-watched episode of 'The Bachelor' this season and had the highest multiplatform three-day viewership since Clayton Echard's finale on March 12, 2022.
The viewership for the finale increased by 19% from the season premiere, which had 5.29 million viewers based on multiplatform three-day viewing. The final episode also achieved a 1.85 rating among adults 18-49 in three-day viewing, which is 20% higher than the 1.54 rating of the Season 28 premiere.
After getting an initial viewership of 4.14 million people, according to live-plus-same-day data, the finale saw a 52.4% increase in viewership after three days of multiplatform viewing. The episode also had a 131.25% increase in ratings when considering delayed multiplatform viewing, after initially getting a live-plus-same-day rating of 0.80 on ABC.
