Bay FC, a new women's professional soccer team representing the Bay Area in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), has announced that their first home game at PayPal Park in San Jose is sold out. The game will take place on Saturday, March 30, (3am on Sunday in Nigeria).
Fans are advised to arrive at PayPal Park 30 to 45 minutes early. The stadium gates will open at 5 p.m. and the first 5,000 fans to enter will receive an inaugural pin.
Bay FC has played two games in the league, winning one, losing one, and scoring two goals.
Oshoala has been involved in both goals, scoring the team's first NWSL goal in the 1-0 win over Angel City and providing an assist for Dorian Bailey in their 2-1 loss against Washington Spirit.
She is already in the history books of the club as their first-ever goal scorer in the league and aims to make more history in their first home game.
The 29-year-old joined the American club from FC Barcelona Feminine on a two-year deal after a successful stint with 117 goals in 162 appearances over five years.
