The police in Kelowna are telling people to stay away from a certain neighborhood where there's a police situation happening.
The police are saying that there are a lot of officers at the 100-block of Adams Road dealing with a situation, and they want the public to stay away until it's resolved.
The highway 97 is shut down between Sexsmith Road and Edwards Road, and cars have to go a different way to avoid the area where the incident is happening.
