A 39-year-old man has passed away after a single-vehicle crash in the New Brunswick town of Sheffield.
In a statement from the police, law enforcement stated that Oromocto RCMP officers arrived at the scene of the incident on the Route 105 highway around 8:30 a.m. on Friday.
“The crash is thought to have happened when the vehicle, heading west, crossed the center line, left the road, and hit several trees,” police explained in a statement.
The driver and only person in the vehicle, a man from the nearby town of Burton, died at the scene due to his injuries.

Police mentioned that a member of the New Brunswick coroner’s office and an RCMP collision reconstructionist were helping with an investigation into the deadly crash.
“An examination will be carried out to find out the man’s precise cause of death,” police mentioned.
