Two people were killed and one person was injured in a two-car crash in Caledon Tuesday evening, police say.
Ontario Provincial Police said the crash happened on Highway 10 near Old Base Line Road.
Police stated that the driver and passenger in one of the cars were both pronounced dead.
The driver of the second car was taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
Police mentioned that Highway 10 will be closed for a few hours while officers investigate.
The reason for the collision is not known.
Update: The driver and passenger of one vehicle have both been pronounced as deceased. The driver of the other vehicle was transported to hospital.
