Vice President Kashim Shettima has stated that President Bola Tinubu's administration will keep using the knowledge of local intellectuals and policy experts to achieve the government's Renewed Hope Agenda.
Shettima made this statement in Abuja on Thursday when he met with the board and management of Bruit Costaud, a government affairs outfit, strategic policy communications and advisory firm, at the Presidential Villa, according to a State House statement.
This information was revealed by Stanley Nkwocha, the Senior Special Assistant to The President on Media and Communications (Office of The Vice President).
The VP praised the presence of well-known experts from various fields at the firm and also commended the firm's managing partner and former Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed.
Shettima expressed, "The quality of people covering a wide range of areas, such as security, energy, international diplomacy, communications, and more, shows the seriousness of the group.
"I am also pleased to know that our intellectuals and policy experts are still relevant and contributing to the progress of our country. That is how it should be. The world is knowledge-driven; everything that we are doing today is guided by knowledge. That is why we have to engage groups like yours."
In his comment, the former Information Minister and member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, introduced the team members of the firm and appreciated the VP for the "opportunity to share insights on the firm's activities and its proposal for the present administration.
Mohammed stated that despite the challenges facing the country, the Tinubu-led administration would succeed.
"We reaffirm our dedication to the advancement of our beloved country, Nigeria, under the leadership of President Bola Tinubu (GCFR) and the well-being of its people. Together, we can overcome any challenge and realize the immense potential that Nigeria holds.
"Nigeria stands at a crucial moment in its history, facing both challenges and opportunities that require sharp policy guidance and strategic advocacy. We are confident that through the bold initiatives of Mr. President, we will surmount these challenges," he stated.
Mohammed noted that the form would "use resources within its areas of expertise to support the government in addressing challenges in the economy and related areas.

As insiders with the knowledge and hands-on experience, we believe we can bring our experiences to bear to support the administration.

Senior advisors from the company, former Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Niyi Adebayo, former Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment, Aisha Abubakar, and others, were present at the meeting.
