One person is in critical condition after a stabbing in the Beltline area of Calgary occurred on Wednesday afternoon.
As per a spokesperson from the Calgary Police Service, police reacted to reports of a confrontation among multiple individuals with 'edged instruments' around 3:30 p.m. The incident occurred in the 1900 block of 4th Street Southwest. The type of 'edged instruments' was not specified.
There was no information available about the suspects according to the police.
