Animal Pictures, which is led by Natasha Lyonne, has agreed to exclusively consider working with Sister for multiple years. This marks Sister's first talent deal in the US under global CEO Cindy Holland.
The agreement will give Lyonne support to develop and produce Animal Pictures’ upcoming lineup. Sister will also help expand Lyonne’s Animal Pictures, strengthen the management team, and collaborate on creating films and series across all categories and platforms within Sister’s group of media companies.
Lyonne recently starred in Rian Johnson’s mystery series “Poker Face,” produced by Animal Pictures, and has finished filming Taika Waititi’s adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro’s “Klara and the Sun,” in which she stars alongside Amy Adams and Jenna Ortega. Sister’s upcoming projects include Benedict Cumberbatch’s “Eric” for Netflix, and “Kaos,” also for Netflix.
