The former Minister of Aviation and Aerospace, Hadi Abubakar Sirika, is now being accused in front of Justice Sylvanus Orji of the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja.
Sirika, along with his in-law and daughter, Fatima, stated that they did not commit the alleged crimes after the charges were read to them.
The defendants were brought to court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on suspicion of being involved in fraud related to a N2.7bn contract.
The lawyer for the defendant is currently presenting a request for bail.
