During the Hot Topics segment, moderator Whoopi Goldberg ridiculed Trump for constantly complaining about the gag order, referring to him as 'a snowflake.' Host Sunny Hostin suggested that Judge Merchan should impose jail time on Trump to assert authority, drawing a parallel to the OJ Simpson trial. Judge Lance Ito, who presided over the OJ Simpson trial, lost control of the courtroom.
Whoopi then steered the conversation towards which prison would be suitable for Trump. Host Sunny Hostin proposed Rikers, and Whoopi also mentioned Alcatraz and Guantanamo Bay.

Host Ana Navarro expressed excitement about the idea of Guantanamo Bay, joking about its proximity to Florida, where Trump currently resides.
Ana Navarro humorously mentioned that Guantanamo Bay would be convenient for Melania to visit, being close to Mar-a-Lago.
Whoopi suggested the option of a super-maximum security prison for Trump.
