WILKES-BARRE — A man from Wilkes-Barre pleaded guilty to putting three young people in danger when he shot three times from a 9mm handgun outside his workplace in Pittston Township.
Jose Anthony Santos-Pabon, 27, of New Alexander Street, was behind KEDPLASMA in Pittston Commons along North Township Boulevard when he fired three shots from the gun on Aug. 9, 2023, according to court records filed by Pittston Township police.
Police in court records said three young people were in the area where Santos-Pabon aimed the shots.
Santos-Pabon pleaded guilty to three charges of recklessly endangering another person before Luzerne County Judge Joseph F. Sklarosky Jr.
Santos-Pabon is set to be sentenced June 6.
