Pixar honored Taylor Swift’s latest album “The Tortured Poets Department” by creating cute scenes from their movies as song titles.
The album was released at midnight on Friday, along with a surprise project, but let's focus on the cartoons for now.
The animation studio shared black and white images of their iconic characters on their official Instagram page, alongside lyrics and titles from Swift’s album that matched each character’s storylines.
One image featured Sid from “Toy Story” with the line “My only breaks his favorite toys,” while another showed Boo from “Monsters Inc.” with the song title “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?” There was also a slide from the film “Wall-E” with the text “I can fix him. (No, really, I can.”)
The Grammy winner released her highly anticipated 11th studio album “The Tortured Poets Department” on Friday, and surprised fans with a 15-track second album titled “TTPD: The Anthology,” totaling 31 new songs.
