The 98th National Executive Committee meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party is presently happening at the NEC Hall of the party’s national secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja.
At the NEC meeting are the party’s acting National Chairman, Umar Damagum, who is also leading the meeting; former Vice President and PDP 2023 presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar; and former Vice President, Namadi Sambo.
Also present are state governors – Bala Mohammed (Bauchi State); Seyi Makinde (Oyo State); Ahmed Fintiri (Adamawa State); Ademola Adeleke (Osun State); Sim Fubara (Rivers State); Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike; and others.
