Around 50,000 Hydro-Québec clients still have no power as repair crews continue to bring back electricity after a significant spring storm.
A message from the company says about 1,200 employees are working in the field.
Workers from Hydro One in Ontario are gradually dealing with the remaining power outages in that province.
There are still over 10,000 residences and businesses without power.
The spring storm that brought heavy, moist snow across Ontario and Quebec has now moved into northeastern New Brunswick.
Officials from NB Power say over 8,000 individuals have no power, mainly in the Northumberland Miramichi and Moncton areas.
