Important companies involved in combining and acquiring other companies and their advisors in East Africa have been named as winners at the 2023 DealMakers Africa Annual Gala Awards.
The awards occasion, as stated on Friday, was held at Ebony Life Place in Lagos and also followed the work done by the advisors in the combining and acquiring and general business finance area during 2023.
The DealMakers Africa awards were evaluated based on the worth of deals or transactions and the quantity of them.
Part of the statement says, “Three of the awards categories were determined subjectively and done with considerable circumspection and they include the Deal of the Year, the Private Equity Deal of the Year, and the Individual DealMaker of the Year.”
