Justice Abimbola Awogboro from the Federal High Court in Lagos chose to wait before giving the decision about Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, who has been convicted. The judgment will be reserved until April 9, 2024.
The judge also directed that Bobrisky be taken back to the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission until the judgment.
