With the third party bid by No Labels dead, National Director Joe Cunningham stated that he would choose to vote for Biden rather than Trump.

Cunningham was asked, “Who are you going to vote for, Joe?”
He replied, “Who am I going to vote for? Well, yeah. Well, No Labels itself is a C4 organization that doesn’t support or oppose political candidates. We were simply ensuring ballot access.”
Cunningham was asked again who he would vote for, and he said, “Me as a person? I would vote for Biden over Trump.”
The No Labels third party bid is defunct because they could not find a credible candidate willing to run in the 2024 election and support Trump by drawing votes away from Joe Biden. When it came down to it, the No Labels national director acknowledged that he personally will vote for Joe Biden.
The possibility of a third party potentially spoiling the election and aiding Trump in returning to the White House is probably overemphasized. For instance, as more information about RFK Jr. becomes known to the general public, he will likely lose prominence.
Many in the political chattering class were concerned about No Labels, and now that the organization is no longer in the presidential race, the risk of a potential spoiler party assisting Trump has diminished.
