Winnipeg law enforcement state they have detained a group of teenagers in relation to a fire that ruined two empty buildings in February.
The serious crimes unit started investigating the Balmoral Street fire on Feb. 7, and the teens, aged 13, 15, and 16, were arrested on Sunday.
No one was hurt in the event, and the three young people, two boys and a girl, each face charges of having flammable materials and two charges of arson causing property damage.
They were let go into the care of adults.
