Meyers saw a big increase in her wealth over the last 12 months, with her net worth rising to $99.5 billion, the biggest gain among women on the 2024 list. However, she does not quite reach the prestigious $100 billion mark.
The 2024 Forbes’ World Billionaires list indicates that women are wealthier than ever, with their presence gradually increasing as 369 out of 2,781 world billionaires, making up 13.3%, are women.
This represents an increase from 337 in 2023 when women accounted for 12.8% of the list. These women hold a combined net worth of almost $1.8 trillion, showing a growth of about $240 billion compared to the previous year. FULL LIST HERE
