Police say they do not suspect foul play in a drowning death at Hardy Park in Brockville, Ont.
Emergency teams were alerted to a person in trouble in the St. Lawrence River at the waterfront park on Monday morning.
A 39-year-old man was taken out of the water and quickly taken to Brockville General Hospital, where he was declared dead.
Brockville police are looking into the incident but do not believe foul play was involved.
