The RCMP is looking into finding a body inside a vehicle in Strathcona County on Friday.
The RCMP reported that officers were sent to a report of a deceased man around 9:30 a.m. near Township Road 510 and Range Road 213.
Police found a deceased man inside a vehicle.
The RCMP stated that the circumstances surrounding the death are considered suspicious, but there is no danger to the public.
The Alberta RCMP Major Crime Unit is now leading the investigation with the assistance of Strathcona County RCMP and Edmonton Forensic Identification Services.
An autopsy is scheduled for April 2.
