The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority, managers of the country's Sovereign Wealth Fund, has stated that its total comprehensive income has increased by 1,122 percent, reaching N1.18trn in 2023, compared to N96.96bn in 2022.
This information was included in its 2023 audited financial results, which were made available to The PUNCH on Friday.
Total Comprehensive Income (excluding foreign exchange gains) surged from N21.39bn to N164.69bn, marking a 670 percent increase from the previous year. This growth was attributed to the Authority's strong strategic asset allocation and adherence to top-notch enterprise risk management processes.
