Toronto police say that homicide investigators are involved following a deadly shooting in the north part of the city on Thursday night.
Cops stated that the shooting occurred around 10:46 p.m. near Dufferin Street and Finch Avenue.
Officials said they discovered a person with gunshot injuries inside a vehicle.
The person was declared dead, according to the police.
There is no information about the gender or age of the victim or potential suspects.
Police also found bullet holes in a window.
Homicide detectives have been brought in to look into the case. People with details are urged to get in touch with the police.
