A judge in Georgia has decided that the vice chair of the state Republican Party voted unlawfully nine times by casting ballots while on probation for committing check forgery.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported:
A judge determined on Wednesday that Brian K. Pritchard, the first vice chairman of the Georgia Republican Party, broke state election laws when he voted nine times while under probation for a felony check forgery conviction.
Pritchard, who is also a conservative talk show host, is required to pay a $5,000 fine and receive a public reprimand from the State Election Board, as per the decision by Administrative Law Judge Lisa Boggs.
Pritchard has previously claimed on his show that the 2020 presidential election was illegitimate, but he has now been discovered to have voted unlawfully.
Marjorie Taylor Greene has demanded that Pritchard resign from his position in the state party because, according to her, Republicans are expected to uphold election integrity.
Pritchard represents the latest instance of voter fraud, which Republicans allege occurs within their own party. Thus far, there has been no confirmed instance of widespread voter fraud committed by Democrats.
The same Republicans who argue that Democrats cheated to win the 2020 election are themselves engaging in voter and election fraud for the Republican Party. The perpetrator of the voter fraud has been identified as being affiliated with the Republican Party.
