Nicolle Wallace laughed at former President Donald Trump's new business with Lee Greenwood to sell a personalized Bible for $60.
The host of MSNBC's 'Deadline: White House' laughed at the commercial for the product and eventually got frustrated with the whole idea.
Wallace stated that selling the Bible was also a deception, and she would be fine if he was selling waterbeds or condoms.
She also mentioned Trump's claim about the greatest risk he took in the '80s and how the Bible he held upside down at Lafayette Square showed that it had nothing to do with him, calling it part of the lie he is spreading among his supporters.
The segment started with Wallace playing a clip from Trump's ad for the Bible, in which he talks about the importance of religion and Christianity in the country and encourages Americans to get a copy of the Bible.
Amid laughter, Wallace brought up the 2015 interview where Trump couldn't name a verse from his 'favorite book' and mentioned his equal affinity for the Old Testament and the New Testament.
Democratic strategist Basil Smikle joined Wallace to discuss Trump's new business project, questioning how Trump could claim the Bible as his favorite book while keeping Hitler's speeches by his bedside.
Wallace sarcastically commented on Trump's 'probably equal' response about the Old Testament and New Testament.
Smikle expressed concern about the contents of the Bible being Trump's propaganda and likened him to a political televangelist, with supporters funding his lifestyle, referencing his previous business endeavors.
Smikle stated that Trump's selling of the Bible mirrors the behavior of a televangelist and suggested that the Biden administration and reelection campaign should highlight this whenever Trump is seen golfing.
The strategist advised directing public attention to the issue of supporters unwittingly funding Trump's lifestyle whenever he is seen playing golf.
He emphasized the need to shift public focus away from Trump's golfing and onto more important issues, highlighting the comparison of Trump to a political televangelist.
