A Federal High Court in Borno has ordered the release of at least 313 suspected terrorists who were arrested by the military.
The court decided to release them because there was not enough evidence to prove the suspects' guilt after the investigation.
The Director, Defence Media Operations, Maj. Gen. Buba Edward, revealed this during the operational briefing on Thursday in Abuja.
He mentioned, "The court ordered their release due to lack of evidence after the investigation and other related matters were completed.
They will be given to the Borno State Government for further action."
