A video of Usher talking about his time living with Diddy for a year has surfaced following accusations and claims made against the rapper for sexual assault, sex trafficking and abuse.
The recent Super Bowl halftime show performer shared details about his living situation with Diddy in a 2016 interview with Howard Stern. Usher spent a year in New York living with Diddy, with his parents’ approval — and his unclear comments hinted at some very interesting events.
“I was interested, I saw some things. I visited to see the lifestyle, and I saw it,” Usher told Stern. “But I'm not sure if I could take part in or understand what I was seeing. It was pretty crazy.”
Stern then asked Usher if there were many women and if the place was always having orgies. His assistant Robin Quivers asked if any women approached him for certain activities.
“I didn’t say that. What I did say is there were some very interesting things happening, and I didn’t really understand,
He also mentioned that his parents had no knowledge of Diddy or his lifestyle. The singer mentioned that he stayed up later at night than anyone else in the house.
On Monday, authorities raided Diddy's Los Angeles home, and parts of the neighborhood were blocked off by police. His New York City and Miami homes were also investigated.
In November 2023, R&B singer Cassie sued Diddy, her former boyfriend, for repeated physical and sexual abuse. Diddy and Cassie, whose full name is Casandra Ventura, reached an agreement the next day, settling out of court.
The music mogul faces five additional lawsuits concerning sex trafficking, sexual assault, and physical abuse.
