WILKES-BARRE — A large number of police are at the North Cross Valley Expressway at Exit 1, Route 315, after receiving a report of a body found in a wooded area behind the Host Inn All Suites Hotel.
Wilkes-Barre Police, along with Pennsylvania State Police and Luzerne County detectives, are present at the scene.
Workers from Wilkes-Barre City Public Works Department were seen using chainsaws to clear trees and vegetation.
The city Fire Department members were also at the scene, trying to descend a steep slope behind the Host Inn.
