The Trump campaign promoted a new ad, but it was actually from the 2020 campaign and not new.
The Biden campaign discovered that Team Trump was trying to pass off the old ad as new for 2024:

Not many people are donating money to Trump's campaign. Instead, he's spending a lot of time at Mar-a-Lago meeting with big donors and trying to get them to give him money.
Maca Casado, the Hispanic Media Director for Biden-Harris 2024, said, “Whether Donald Trump thinks we are not worth the money or he simply doesn’t have it, this ad is a slap in the face to our community. It’s another reminder that he does not care and does not respect us. Like most everything with Trump, this is just another scam. He’s using the cheapest tropes he can find to distract from the facts: he and his agenda are as anti-Latino as they come.”
As usual, Trump does everything on a small budget and often includes deception and fraud.
Donald Trump is hardly campaigning. The expected Republican nominee is only holding campaign events once a week or even less.
Trump is not releasing new ads., like Biden. Trump is spending time at Mar-a-Lago and seems to be expecting the American people to send him back to the White House without making much effort to gain their support.
If a candidate is too lazy to earn your vote before election day, they won't work for you if they win.
