Angel Massey, the mother of Kyle Massey from “That’s So Raven” and Christopher Massey from “Zoey 101,” is supporting Dan Schneider, the former Nickelodeon executive, amidst the fallout from Investigation Discovery’s “Quiet on Set,” a documentary detailing alleged abuses and toxic workplace behaviors at the children’s network during the ’90s and 2000s.
Massey showed support for Schneider on Instagram, thanking him for the opportunity he gave her son and her family, and stating that blame should be placed on the parents, not Dan.
Massey posted several messages defending Schneider and challenging those who opposed her online statements.
She also shared several images of her responses to people’s comments.
Massey wrote in one post, “For all the people coming to this page to criticize, I have only one thing to say: Go away and leave me alone.”
Kyle, known for his roles in kids' shows, was charged with sexual misconduct in 2021. His older brother, Christopher, appeared in “Zoey 101” and its spin-offs.
“Zoey 101” was discussed in ID’s series, highlighting the sexually suggestive scenes that Schneider wrote for the show and other Nick programs.
