The Delta State chapter of the All Progressives Congress has congratulated Dr. Dennis Otuaro on his appointment as the new administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, describing it as well deserved.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu recently gave the approval for Otuaro to become the administrator of PAP.
The party's message of congratulations was stated in a release signed by Valentine Onojeghuo, the state Publicity Secretary.
The release mentioned, "Your appointment is very timely and generous. It will give the necessary momentum to the programme and inspire the youths of Niger Delta to reach greater heights and fulfill their aspirations."
The release stated that the region's youth expect better service delivery and have confidence that the new PAP administrator will not disappoint them.
The release added, "You were chosen for this role because of your strong academic background and past experience, where you proved to be efficient, capable, and hardworking."
