The Denver Broncos have stayed the same after releasing Russell Wilson, leaving him open to join other teams during free agency.
This means they are getting prepared to start the season with Jarrett Stidham as their main quarterback. They might bring in a new player to compete during training camp. Considering the lack of experience in the quarterback room, adding a veteran player could also be a good idea.
According to CBS Sports’ Cody Benjamin, the Broncos should sign former Tennesse Titan Ryan Tannehill.
. Sean Payton desires,” Benjamin wrote on March 18 that although Tannehill is 35 years old and not the best option, he is still better than Jarrett Stidham. In 2023, Tannehill completed 64.8% of his passes for 1,616 yards, four touchdowns, and seven interceptions while playing for the Titans.
He started eight games out of his 10 appearances, which is the lowest in his career.

before Week 8 after the bye. Tannehill had previously stated that mentoring 2022 third-round pick Will Levis Malik Willis was not his job, but he changed his mind after the switch to Levis. Tannehill played in three more games, starting twice from Weeks 16 through 18 to finish the season.
During this time, he completed 70.8% of his passes for 488 yards, with two touchdowns and one interception. Originally drafted as the No. 8 overall pick in 2012 by the Miami Dolphins
