After a long time of strikes and discussions, the Quebec nurses union has achieved a tentative agreement with the provincial government.
The agreement is being shown to the representatives of the FIQ, the Fédération Interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec, on March 19, 20 and 21.
If they agree to it, it will be given to the union’s 80,000 members, who will vote to accept it.
Specifics of what is included in the agreement were not being disclosed as of early Tuesday.
