Winnipeg police found a man who was unresponsive and needed immediate medical attention when they responded to a distress call on Saturday afternoon.
The man, who was in a suite on Manitoba Avenue, was taken to the hospital in critical condition around 2:45 p.m. and was later declared dead.
The victim has been identified as Robert Clayton Smith, aged 35.
