Pennsylvania State Police Gaming Enforcement have accused a man from Wilkes-Barre of threatening to shoot another man in the head during an argument while they were playing blackjack at Mohegan Pennsylvania on Thursday.
Khaliff Epps, 43, was playing blackjack and became irritated by a conversation from another player, a 25-year-old man. Epps began criticizing the other player's game and continued to get upset to the point it attracted the attention of the casino floor supervisor and a pit boss, according to state police.
The floor supervisor and pit boss told Epps and the other player to calm down or they would be separated.
Epps continued to be agitated and was told to leave, according to state police.
Epps left but returned to the blackjack table and told the other player he was "going to blow his (expletive) brains out and he has it there with him," while he showed a bullet that he had in his hand, as reported by state police.
State police stated that Epps left the casino and the casino property as the victim reported the alleged threat.
Epps is facing charges of terroristic threats and harassment, according to state police.
