Lindsay Lohan, known for her roles in “Mean Girls” and “Freaky Friday,” is making a comeback. She previously collaborated with Netflix on the popular holiday movie “Falling for Christmas.” The holiday romance “Falling for Christmas” was a big hit. Now, she’s back with director Janeen Damian for another romantic film, “Irish Wish.”
In this movie, Lohan plays a book editor named Maddie who falls for the author she works with, Paul (played by Alexander Vlahos). However, Paul ends up falling in love with Maddie’s best friend, Elizabeth Tan. Despite her emotions, Maddie travels to Ireland for their wedding, where she develops a connection with a charming photographer, Ed Speleers. An accidental wish then changes her life dramatically, as she wakes up engaged to Paul and unsure about the marriage.
The soundtrack of “Irish Wish” features a mix of romantic and danceable songs. Notably, it includes two songs by Lohan’s sister, Aliana Lohan, and features her brother, Dakota Lohan, in the film.
In a recent interview with Yahoo Canada, Lindsay expressed her joy and pride in involving her siblings in her projects, especially when her sister writes songs for her movies.
