A man who has not been identified yet fell from a moving police vehicle while in handcuffs and died immediately in Anambra.
It was reported that the incident occurred on Wednesday at the Ogbo-Ogwu Drug Market near Port Harcourt Road in Onitsha, the commercial city in Anambra State.
