Johansson, acting as Britt, stated, “But tonight, I’ll be trying out for the role of intimidating mom. And I’ll be delivering an original speech titled this country is hell. You see, I’m not just a senator; I’m a wife, a mother, and the wildest woman in the Target parking lot. I’m concerned about the future of our children, and that's why I’ve brought you into this odd, empty kitchen. Because Republicans wanted me to appeal to female voters, and women appreciate kitchens.”
Britt’s falsehoods about the sex trafficking story were not ignored by SNL, “But most importantly, I’m a mom. And like any mom, I’m going to suddenly switch to a shockingly intense story about sex trafficking. And rest assured, every detail about it is real, except the year, location, and the president at the time.”
SNL noticed the GOP's forgetfulness about 2020, “Kitchens are where families have the difficult conversations. Like the one we’ll have tomorrow about how mommy shocked the entire country.
