WILKES-BARRE — The 44th St. Patrick’s Day Parade of the City of Wilkes-Barre will begin at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the crossing of South and South Main streets.
People will get ready between 1 and 2 p.m. in their assigned areas. The parade this year will have more than 100 groups and over 1,500 participants, including local leaders, non-profit organizations, businesses, youth groups, pageant title holders, and local emergency response units.
The parade will start at South Main Street at South Street, move along South Main Street, wrap around Public Square towards East Market Street, and end at the crossing of North Main and Union Streets.
