The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State, Paul Omotoso, has died.
Sources have mentioned that Omotoso passed away on Wednesday morning after a short illness.
A source, who indicated that Omotoso was at the office on Tuesday, mentioned that he left in the evening.
The source reported that he mentioned feeling feverish in the evening.
A senior official from the Ekiti State Government, who confirmed the incident, stated, “Yes, the APC State chairman has passed away. We will visit his family this morning.”
It should be noted that Omotoso was abducted last year but was set free a few days later.
